Skyrim Clip Shows What 12 Hours Of Fishing Looks Like

Reddit user Sickliff recently posted a clip of their leisurely activity as they unload their inventory after fishing in Skyrim for what they claim was 12 hours. Because they spent so long fishing, the amount of fish they unload in their video causes some frame dips as the game tries to figure out what the player is doing. The clip shows what seems to be over a hundred fish being thrown back into the ocean as the player swims with the inanimate creatures that are normally seen swimming around when a Skyrim player takes a dip in rivers, lakes, and the ocean to the North....

Skyrim Dragonborn Ragdolls Off Cliff After Being Hit With Draugr Shout

A Reddit user has garnered nearly 1,000 upvotes on their post that shows their customized Skyrim character engaging in battle with Alvasorr the Rat and a Draugr Deathlord. The Draugr of Skyrim is a common enemy that may pose a bit of a challenge in the early game, but they are quickly outmatched once a player is able to accumulate levels, skill points, armor, and weapons. Contrary to the average Draugr, Draugr Deathlords can remain a bit of a challenge through much of the main story, and they often wield powerful shouts just like the Dragonborn as shown off by this upload....

Skyrim Fan Uses 3D Printer To Create Real Life Chillrend

Outside of the game, though, Skyrim players are often creating tributes to the Bethesda RPG. Fan art of course makes up many of these tributes, yet a lot of fans also seek to create some of the game’s items in real life as well, such as one Skyrim player who made an awesome wood burning of Alduin’s wall, depicting the Dragonborn facing off against the antagonist of the game’s main quest....

Skyrim Fans Are Debating How The Game S Economy Manages To Stay Alive

As one person has shown recently, Skyrim’s city of Whiterun has a substantial unemployment rate, bigger than the US and UK combined. The state of the in-game economy is probably not something the average Dragonborn thinks about as they mill about their day, earning gold through missions or stealing. However, once it becomes obvious that a lot of people are begging in the streets, not to mention the ongoing civil war, it can be hard to not think about how society has yet to crumble in this land....

These goodies sent to Skyrim Grandma include socks, artwork, a cookbook, and more, all themed around The Elder Scrolls franchise with a heavy emphasis on Skyrim. Skyrim Mod Lets Players Unleash Their Inner Scholar

As spotted by PCGamesN, a user known as Zamio1 has created such a mod for Skyrim, which allows players to contribute research and write academic books. Called “Scholarship of Skyrim,” the Dragonborn can cease going on wild adventures for a bit and work with some of the game’s notable scholars, including Paarthurnax, to improve their overall research and writing skills. Doing so does apparently yield better fighting prowess, depending on what the player decides to study....

Draugr are one of the most common types of enemies found in the game’s many dungeons, catacombs, and ruins. They are skeleton-like creatures that wield different types of weapons depending upon their class or variant. Players will also come across higher-leveled enemies and mini-bosses of this type that can use dragon shouts. Skyrim Player Notices Small But Important Puzzle Detail 10 Years After Launch

If there’s one thing that can ultimately be said about Skyrim as a whole it’s that it is a rather ambitious experience. While Skyrim is heavily populated with locations, characters, and content for players to experience, players will often times overlook a few details. For instance, one player discovered an interesting detail during the Friends Like These mission involving Clairvoyance. However, this latest discovery is comparatively more subtle. Skyrim Speedrun World Record Holder Beats World Record Again

In a video uploaded to YouTube a couple of days ago, user nucular has managed to smash their previous Skyrim speedrun time by nearly a full minute, completing the main storyline in 1:11:22, according to the clock in the video. One minute might not sound like a lot, but in speedrunning, every frame and every millisecond counts, so achieving a new world record by a margin of almost 60 seconds is quite an impressive feat, especially given that this was a “glitchless” run in which the player does not utilize significant game exploits to skip large sections of the map....

Slack Experiences Worldwide Connection Problems

Users reported posts not sending or being marked as read. The service has since begun to come back online, but the company warned users may continue to experience issues. It’s impressive that Slack has only just now encountered issues considering the global coronavirus pandemic. Millions more people are working from home and surely the service will have been experiencing increasing pressure on its servers as traffic intensifies. The outage should not have caused too much harm to Slack’s reputation given plenty of other communications services suffer from such performance issues, though Slack may have seen it coming – it posted roughly eight hours before the outage on its separate Slack Status Twitter feed that it was experiencing “degraded performance”....

Heavy rain at the Albatross Golf Resort on Friday meant that a number of the field were unable to finish their second rounds. Slattery, though, had the benefit of completing round two before the weather intervened and led going into Saturday’s play. However, expectant father Slattery found himself three shots behind English compatriot Chris Hanson when round two was finally completed by the remainder of the field. Hanson led by four at one point in round three but fell back to seven-under overall following a three-over 75 on Saturday, carding three bogeys and doubles on four and 18....
