A Reddit user named liontowers3d recreated Dawnstar from The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim in Unreal Engine 5 and has shared a video to showcase their efforts. The video does an exceptional job of showing the stunning area that surrounds Dawnstar, and it features an incredible amount of detail. A majority of the video is set during the day, but players can view a gorgeous shot of the Northern Lights later on. Liontowers3d has also posted a link to the full video featuring gameplay of them walking around the town.
Many gamers in the comments section appear to be marveled by the video, with some claiming that it looks like real life. A few players wish that The Elder Scrolls 6 looks as good as this video and one even wants Bethesda to hire liontowers3d. Another user jokingly states that this is how they thought The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim looked when it originally came out.
The next game in The Elder Scrolls series is currently in pre-production, so users will have to wait for a few years to get their hands on the game. However, one fan recently made a video of how beautiful The Elder Scrolls 6 can look in Unreal Engine 5. Despite the breathtaking visuals, users should note that such tech videos may not accurately represent the level of graphics possible in a full video game release.
