Of the numerous powerful weapons Skyrim has to offer, bows are easily some of the most versatile. It allows players to take enemies out over long distances and can be incorporated into stealth based gameplay effortlessly. Though, this also allows players to experiment with the gameplay mechanics a lot more and push the limits of what the game is capable of.

A Reddit user by the name of BurlAroundMyBody showed off an impressive stealth shot using a Bound Bow. From a significant distance away, the player took out a bandit with a headshot. Given the distance away from the player and the fact that it took place at night, meaning visibility is low, this is truly an impressive accomplishment. This is practically on the same level as the wholesome Skyrim NPC pickpocket move done earlier this month.

There are a number of impressive bows in Skyrim, but if this video is any guide, it ultimately comes down to the player’s skill and ability to use it in-game. Skyrim is a game that gives the tools and abilities to make wonderful, exciting moments like this one happen and even after being out for nearly a decade, it’s clear that Skyrim still has a lot to offer its player base.

It’s amazing to know that there’s still new content being actively discovered by the Skyrim community after being out for so long and having been ported to so many different gaming platforms. Just a few days ago, one player discovered an undersized Falmer within one of the dungeons, something that had never been noticed in-game, prior to that moment.

It will be interesting to see what the future has in store for The Elder Scrolls series. While the release of The Elder Scrolls 6 is rapidly approaching, Bethesda hasn’t given fans a very good idea of what the game will ultimately look like. As it stands right now, it might be hard for some fans to envision a Bethesda game that could surpass Skyrim. Only time will tell if The Elder Scrolls 6 can live up to the precedent that its predecessor had set.
